摘要
在实测和计算物料平衡及热平衡的基础上，认为浦钢100t直流电弧炉有提高热效率和降低电耗的潜力，为此对操作和工艺技术提出若干改进建议。
Based on the direct measurement and calculation of material balance and heat balance, it was possible to improve heat efficiency and decrease electric consumption of 100t DC EAF at Shanghai Pudong lron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd.. Some suggestions for improvement of operation and technical process were put out.[
