保留肾单位手术在儿童肾母细胞瘤治疗中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 在儿童肾母细胞瘤中，大约有4％-6％的病例为双侧肾母细胞瘤。双侧肾母细胞瘤原始的治疗手段十分单一，只能做双侧肾切除、血液透析和肾移植。1932年，Chanutin和Ferris首先发现一种综合征，当鼠一侧肾脏被切除，另一侧肾脏部分切除后，便逐渐发生尿毒症，
