双侧肾母细胞瘤的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 肾母细胞瘤（wilmstumor，WT）是儿童最为常见的肾脏恶性实体瘤，发病率约为7／1000000。随着近年来手术、放疗、化疗等综合治疗措施的应用，肾母细胞瘤的疗效取得了长足的进步，其5年生存率大大提高，由早期的25％上升至近年来的90％左右。但双侧肾母细胞瘤（bilateralwilmstumor，BWT）则极为少见，国内目前尚未见有大宗病例报告，且双侧肾母细胞瘤在诊断及治疗上要比单侧肾母细胞瘤复杂得多，方案也不尽一致，预后相对较差。
