物理疗法加引导式教育治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨物理疗法加引导式教育治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法选取2010年6月~2012年5月我院收治的小儿脑性瘫痪患者78例进行分析,按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组两组,每组39例,观察组采用物理疗法加引导式教育治疗,对照组仅采用物理疗法,观察两组临床疗效、运动功能、智力发育和独立性。结果两组治疗后运动功能评分、智力发育评分、功能独立性评分均有显著提高(P<0.05),且提高水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论物理疗法加引导式教育治疗小儿脑性瘫痪能够有效改善患者的运动功能,促进智力发育,提高独立性,效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate physical therapy plus conductive education efficacy of treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods June 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital, 78 patients with cerebral palsy were analyzed according to the treatment method is divided into observation group and control groups, each group 39 cases, the observation group to guide the use of physical therapy plus style education treatment, the control group, only the use of physical therapy, clinical efficacy, motor function, mental development and independence. Results After treatment, motor function, mental development scores, functional independence score were significantly increased (P〈0.05), and increased levels than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Physical therapy and conductive education treating children with cerebral palsy can improve motor function in patients, promote intellectual development, improve independence, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
