摘要
从体能训练、技能训练、语言训练、感知觉发育及认知能力训练、感觉统合训练5个方面综述了小儿脑瘫主要干预治疗措施的方法,在辅助干预治疗措施方面,针刺、中医按摩、中药蒸气浴、电疗、水疗、音乐疗法等也可以根据病情、家长及患儿接受程度酌情选择配合使用。指出小儿脑瘫早期干预治疗方法的探索对预防儿童发育性残疾具有重要意义。
The main intervening treatment measures of pediatric cerebral palsy were overviewed from 5 aspects： physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, sense perception development and cognition thera- py, sensory integration therapy. Acupuncture, TCM massage, TCM steam bath, and therapies by electric, water and music can be used according to the condition, the requirement of the patient and the parents. The study of ear- ly intervening measures of pediatric cerebral palsy has great significance in the prevention of pediatric development handicap.
