摘要
根据最新研制的 3 TPT并联虚轴机床的机构组成 ,对其进行了运动分析 ,建立了虚轴机床的运动模型 ,并得到了并联机构的运动学逆解表达式 ,同时还得到了该并联机构的运动学正解表达式·利用MDT提供的ActiveX操作机制 ,应用面向对象方法和ActiveX技术 ,进行了 3 TPT并联虚轴机床的运动仿真 ,提出了运动仿真的具体实施方法和过程·在VisualBasic开发环境下 ,完成了仿真程序编制工作·通过实际仿真证明 :该并联机构具有运动学正反计算简单。
The kinematics character of the 3 TPT in parallel mechanism of virtual axis machine was analyzed. The kinematics model of virtual axis machine was given. Based on the model,the explicit kinematics reverse formula and forward formula were obtained together. Using the ActiveX operation mechanism provided by MDT and object oriented based method,the motion simulation method of 3 TPT virtual axis machine was studied and the specific procedure was given. The procedure is programmed in Visual Basic environment. By simulation analysis this kind of 3 TPT in parallel mechanism proves to be simple and has explicit forward & reverse kinematics formula,by which real time motion control can be realized easily.
