摘要
论述了并联机床各分支杆的约束自由度对运动平台自由度的影响,提出了主动链和约束链的概念。在此基础上,讨论了链的自由度同关节自由度的关系、确定约束链机构和各主动链分支杆的关节型式等问题。
It is analyzed that the influences from limb kinematical constraints to degrees of freedom of moving platform in the design of parallel machine. The concepts of active kinematic chain and driven kinematic chain were deduced. Based on the analysis a design process is formed. In the design process of parallel machine, as long as the number of freedom of moving platform is given, the configuration of driven kinematic chain, the structures of limbs and joints form are determined immediately. Also a practical example in parallel machine design was given.
