摘要
通过对螺旋榨油机工作原理的分析,明确了机内物料实际呈现状态以及各级压榨比的理论计算方法,进一步探讨了螺旋榨油机压榨比及其分配理论计算模型的两种建立方法,并在此基础上基于现代设计理论及方法建立了压榨比及其分配的两种理论计算模型,为后续的研究奠定了基础。
According to the analysis of working principle of screw press, the actual motion state of oil seeds in screw press and theoretical calculation method of squeezing ratio were defined. Two methods for estab lishing the theoretical calculation model for squeezing ratio and its distribution of screw press were dis cussed, and two theoretical calculation models for squeezing ratio and its distribution were established based on the modem design theories and methods ,which layed a foundation for the following study.
