摘要
为弥补复合纱线中包芯纱和包缠纱的缺陷,设计出具有特殊结构和优良性能的新型复合纱线。利用TRIZ理论的九屏幕分析方法分析了新型结构复合纱线的设计思路,合理选择并利用TRIZ理论的技术矛盾解决原理1、15、17、27和32,对新型结构复合纱线的设计和制作过程进行指导和改进,采用特殊喂入机构将3根涤纶单丝等间距的分布在牵伸之后的须条中,从前钳口出来进行加捻而形成特殊空间立体结构的新型结构复合纱线。结果表明,纱线的实际结构与设计的理想结构一致,且新型结构复合纱线具有优异的性能。
To cover up the defects of the wrapped yarn and core-spun yarn that belong to composite yarns and are widely used, a kind of novel composite yarn which has special structure and fine performance is designe. Its design concept was analyzed using TRIZ nine screen method. Furthermore, technology conflict resolution principles 1, 15, 17, 27 and 32 were applied to direct and improve the design and manufacture of the novel composite yarn : three monofilaments were fed into the front nip and located into the drafted strand at an equal space by a special input feed system, came out from the front roller nip, and then twisted into composite yarns with special spatial structure. The experimental results demonstrated that the real structure of the yarn is in agreement with the ideal structure which comes from TRIZ theory, and the novel composite yarn has excellent properties.
