摘要
主要介绍了汉麻粘胶/Modal/PTT长丝/金银丝(长丝)色纺嵌入式复合纱线的工艺优化过程,利用正交试验设计对纱线的设计捻系数、粗纱间距以及长丝与粗纱间距等工艺参数进行优化设计,并得出最优工艺为:粗纱间距6 mm、长丝与粗纱间距2 mm、设计捻系数350。
The process optimization of multi component embeded composite yarn made of Hemp Viscose/Modal/PTT filament/metal fiber is mainly introduced. A series of parameters are designed includes twist factor, roving interval, interval between filament and roving, etc. through orthogonal test. The best process is roving interval being 6mm, filament and roving interval being 2mm, and designed twist factor being 350.
