摘要
对B583型毛纺细纱机进行了改造,在改造后的细纱机上加装竹节纱装置,采用瞬时改变中后罗拉速度的装置,以细羊毛和氨纶长丝为原料开发羊毛变弹竹节纱产品。通过工艺试验和生产实践,分析了影响羊毛变弹竹节纱质量的各种因素,探讨了提高纱线质量的有效措施。
The slubbed yarn device was set on the reconstructed B583 spinning frame, in which the speed of middle and back rollers is instantaneously changed. The fine wool fibers are used to manufacture a series of products of elastic core slubbed yarns. The factors affecting the quality of elastic core slubbed yarn are analyzed by technical experimentation and production practice. The effective measures to improve yarn quality are explored.
