摘要
变电站配置语言是基于可扩展语言(XML)的对变电站自动化系统及其结构进行统一描述的一种语言,受IEC 61850规定的统一的schema文件约束。在智能变电站站中需要通过面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)和采样值(SMV)2种通信技术对智能电子设备中的数据集进行收发。文章在研究XML解析和变电站配置文件内部数据关联性的基础上,设计并实现了一种对变电站配置文件信息提取工具。该工具能够根据解析的结果重新构建动态链表将数据保存在内存中,同时自动生成工程所需的配置文件和CID文件。
The substation configuration language (SCL) is a language based on XML and is bound by XML schema file specified by the IEC61850, which describes the project and structure of substation automation systems (SAS). Intelligent substations need two kinds of communication technologies including generic object oriented substation events (GOOSE) and sample value (SMV) to collect and send data from intelligent electronic devices (lED). This paper studies the correlation of the XML parsing and internal data in substation configuration description (SCD), designs and implements a tool to extract substation configuration file intbrmation. The tool is able to build dynamic linked lists to save the parsed results data in memory, automatically generate the configuration file as well as the CID file.
