摘要
IEC61850-6定义了一种基于XML技术的变电站配置语言(SCL),用于描述变电站自动化系统和一次开关场之间的关系以及智能电子设备(IED)的配置情况。通过对SCL文件的组成结构及系统的配置过程进行实例化的分析与研究,方便用户对SCL文档层次的理解。同时以Java语言为基础,并以MyEclipse作为开发平台,利用JDOM解析工具包,实现对SCL文档的解析操作,将SCL文档以节点树的形式显示出来。还比较了JDOM与DOM及SAX在解析方面的优劣性,对于IEC61850标准在变电站自动化系统中的实际应用起到很好的促进作用。
1EC61850 defined one of Substation Configura- tion Language (SCL) based on XML technology , which was used to describe the relationship between the substation automa- tion system and switchyard and intelligent electronic devices (lED). In this paper, with the composition of the SCL file struc- ture and system configuration process analysis and research, based on Java language, using MyEclipse as a development plat- form and using JDOM parsing toolkit parsing the document SCL, the SCL document was displayed in the form of node tree. Meanwhile the pros and cons of JDOM DOM and SAX in pars- ing were compared. It is convenient for users to understand SCL. IEC61850 standard in substation automation system played a good role in actual practice.
