摘要 由于PSD-BPA等电力系统分析软件的广泛使用,并且SCADA几乎覆盖了主网的所有设备,因此可以将SCADA实时数据作为电力系统潮流计算的数据源。这种实时数据源遵循IEC 61970标准中的公共信息模型规范,它为各家应用提供了与平台无关的统一的电力系统逻辑描述,理论上具有优秀的兼容性。但是BPA软件所要求的数据格式与实时数据源提供的格式并不兼容,且在工程实际中经常需要对某个时间断面下的电力系统进行潮流反演,目前一般通过手工方式填写BPA数据文件,工作量巨大。为解决这个困难,从标准入手,对公共信息模型的主要内容做了研究,探讨了CIM/XML、CIM/E与BPA的数据格式,以拓扑分析为技术核心,开发出了一种数据接口程序,可以在不需要人为干预的情况下,将基于CIM的电力系统实时数据快速转换为供BPA潮流软件计算用的数据文件。详细介绍了程序主要模块的原理与工作流程,并利用广西电网实时数据对程序进行测试,将转化出来的数据文件送入BPA进行潮流计算,计算结果收敛,且较接近实际情况。 As PSD-BPA and other power system analysis tools are widely used and SCADA has covered almost every piece of equipment connected to the main grid, it is now possible to use real-time data from SCADA as the data source for power flow calculation. The real-time data source is in compliance with IEC 61970 Common Information Model(CIM)specification,providing a cross-platform power system description for different applications,and it is designed to have great compatibility. Unfortunately,the data format that BPA requires is not compatible with real-time data format,and in the real operation engineers often need to replay historical power flow at a certain point. At present,creating BPA data file manually involves with heavy workload. To address this problem,this paper studies the data formats of CIM/XML,CIM/E and BPA on the basis of CIM. Using topology analysis as core technique the paper develops a data interface program which can convert quickly and automatically real-time data to BPA's power flow data file. The paper introduces the working process of some modules of the program in detail,and then conducts tests with the real-time data of Guangxi province. The calculation result is convergent and very close to reality.
