摘要
目的 :观察生脉散对小鼠在各种缺氧情况下的存活时间及对小鼠棉球肉芽肿性炎症的影响。方法 :对各种缺氧模型小鼠和炎症模型小鼠给予生脉散灌胃 ,观察小鼠的耐缺氧能力和抗炎能力。结果 :生脉散能增加应激情况下小鼠对缺氧的耐受性 ,延长小鼠存活时间 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,提高小鼠对亚硝酸钠组织中毒性缺氧耐受性 (P<0 .0 1) ,并具显著抗炎作用 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :生脉散能增强心肌氧供能力 ,并能抑制小鼠肉芽肿炎症反应 ,从而为该方的临床运用提供了进一步的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: The effects of Plus activating powder on the exsisting lifetime in the situation of anoxia and cotton ball granulomatous inflammation of rats have been studied. METHODS:In the models of rats suffered with anoxia and inflammation have been observed after perfusion administration Plus activating powder. RESULTS:Plus activating can strengthen the ability of supplying oxygen of cardic muscle, restrain the granulomatous inflammatory reaction in rats.CONCLUSION: This study provide a further theoretical basis for clinical use of Plus activating powder.
