摘要
采用肌收缩力药效学指标和黄芪甲甙、总黄酮、总皂甙、总固形物量等理化指标,对强肌健力饮的提取工艺和澄清工艺进行对比研究。确定将方中芳香性药材采用蒸馏法收集挥发油,其药渣与方中非芳香性药材合并煎煮,提取液经75%醇沉,调pH,热处理冷藏,抽滤灌封。
The pharmocodynamic index and the contents of astragaloside IV,total flavones,total saponins,and total extractives as physicochemical indexes were used as endpoints to develop a optimal processing technology and a clarify technology for Qiangji Jianli oral liguid.The following processing technology was selected:extracting the volatile oil of aromatic herbs by distillation,decocting the mixture of the residue of above aromatic herbs and nonaromatic herbs,precipitating the extractive with 75% alcohol,adjusting the pH value at 5.5~6.0,the filtrating and injecting liquid part into vials as a finished produet.
