It is the trend to develop production on both of higher yield and better quality for rice. the paper introduced criterion of high-quality flee, and set forth major factor and resolution which effect rice quality from genetic factor, environment, Cuhivation and management, it put forward feasibility opinion and suggestion for quality of rice.
