摘要
目的:了解血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)临床特点。方法:对5例TTP患者的临床资料进行总结,复习文献,对其临床特点、诊断和治疗进行分析。结果:5例TTP患者,均有典型五联征。经血浆置换、皮质激素、输血浆等治疗后,2例缓解,3例死亡。结论:TTP是一种致死率高疾病,正确诊断和及时处理在临床上尤为重要。治疗方面最好采用血浆置换、输新鲜血浆,免疫抑制剂及脾切除也可应用。
Objective: To investigate clinical information of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) . Methods: The article respectively deals with clinical information in TTP, clinical features, diagnosis and current treatment in TTP was analysised. Results: The five typical syndromes were found in 5 cases, 2 cases were complete remission and 3 cases were dead after treatment with plasmapheresis, plasma infusion and steroid. Conclusion: TTP has high mortality so it is important to make a correct diagnosis and give prompt treatment. The best treatment is plasmapheresis. The other form of treatment are plasms infusion, steroid, immunosuppresion drugs and splenctomy.
