摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足的有效治疗方法。方法将67例糖尿病足患者随机分为2组。观察组42例控制高血糖、高血压、高血脂;根据细菌培养及药敏试验选用有效抗生素;改善局部供血、扩血管、抗凝、溶栓等治疗。给予营养神经(甲钴胺)、支持疗法(输血浆、白蛋白);局部给予清创、引流、药物湿敷(胰岛素+生长因子+抗生素)等综合治疗。对照组25例采用传统治疗方法。两组治愈率采用χ2检验。结果观察组:治愈30例,好转7例,无效5例,治愈率71.4%。对照组:治愈8例,好转6例,无效11例,治愈率32.00%。两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=8.09,P<0.005)。结论综合疗法治疗糖尿病足能提高治愈率,减少致残率。
Objective To explore effective therapy of diabetes foot. Methods 67 cases of diabetes foot were randomly divided into the treatment group of 42 cases and the contrast group of 25 cases. Synthetic treatments were applied in the treatment group by controlling hyperglycemia, hypertension and hyperlipemia, improving local blood supply, using anticoagulative method, dissolving embolism, selecting effective antibiotics according to bacterial cultivation and drug resistance test, choosing local clearance of wounds, drainage and wet packing of drugs（insulin ＋ growth factors ＋ antibiotics）. The Contrast group was treated with traditional therapy. X^2-test was used to detect the curative rates of both groups. Results 30 cases were cured ,7 were improved and no effects were found in 5 cases in the treatment group and its curative rate was 71.4%. 8 cases were cured, 6 were improved and no effect occurred in 11 cases in the contrast group and its curative rate was 32.00 % （X^2 =8.09, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Synthetic therapy can effectively improve the curative rate and reduce the rate of disability in treating diabetes foot.
