摘要
基于三螺旋理论,试图从组织使命、组织战略、组织变革和组织支撑四个层面探索澳大利亚创业型大学的典范——莫纳什大学的发展范式。在道金斯改革背景下,为了提高管理效率和国际化水平,莫纳什大学及时调整组织使命、战略规划、院校合并以及进行一系列的组织结构变革,构建包括领导、制度、文化、经费和平台支撑的全方位支撑体系,为其成功转型提供有力的保障机制。莫纳什大学的创业型大学发展范式可以为我国建设创业型大学提供有益的经验借鉴。
Based on the Triple Helix, this paper tries to analyze Monash University' s entrepreneurial university develop- ment paradigm from four aspects--organization mission, strategies, transformation and supports. In the context of Dawkins reform, Monash University makes a series of changes to raise the management efficiency and international level, including timely adjustment of organization mission, making a strategic planning, amalgamating institutions and changing its organiza- tional structure. Besides, an all - waving support system including leadership, strategies, institution, culture, funding and platform support is built to provide an effective protection mechanism for its successful transformation. And its entrepreneur- ial university development paradigm can provide a rewarding experience for the construction of entrepreneurial university in China.
