摘要
目的:探讨"以问题为基础的学习模式(problem-based learning,PBL)"在急诊普外科临床教学中的应用。方法:选择2012-2013年在我院急诊普外科实习的65名学生随机分为两组,一组33人行PBL教学法,一组32人行传统教学法,通过出科考试及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:基础理论测试结果显示,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05);综合能力测试结果显示,PBL组明显优于传统教学组(p<0.05)。调查问卷显示PBL组在自学能力、分析和解决问题的能力、团队合作等方面均优于传统教学组,两组差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:PBL教学方法较传统教学法有明显优越性,能很好培养学生的临床思维能力,有效提高教学质量。
Objective: The using of "Problem-Based Learning, PBL" were discussed during clinical teaching in Emer- gency General Surgery. Methods:We randomly divided sixty-five students who practiced in our hospital in the year 2012 and 2013 into two groups. There are thirty-three students in group one who use PBL teaching mode and thirty-two students in group two who use traditional method. The teaching effects were evaluated through examinations and questionnaire surveys. Results:The test results of basic theory show that there are no significant differences between two groups (p 〉 0.05). The test results of integrated skills show that, compared with the traditional teaching group,the group who use PBL has remarka- ble effects. The questionnaire revealed that PBL group was superior to traditional teaching group in terms of self-learning a- bility,analysis and problem solving skills and teamwork. There was a significant difference between the two groups(p 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:PBL teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method. It has the obvious superiority. It is good to cultivate students' clinical thinking ability and improve teaching quality.
