摘要
转子系统作为罗茨机械增压器的主要零件,对罗茨机械增压器的动态特性起着至关重要的作用。以四叶罗茨转子机械增压器为例,采用inventor软件建立转子系统实体模型,并应用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,分析其模态,通过数值仿真得到该系统的固有频率与固有振型;在模态分析的基础上分析转子系统的谐响应特性,得到其在工作状态下的位移频率响应曲线。通过上述分析能够预知转子结构设计的薄弱环节,为机械增压器降噪与结构改进提供理论依据。
Rotor system as a vital parts of the roots mechanical supercharger play a vital role for it's dynamic characteristics. Take four leaves roots supercharger rotor as an example, using inventor software to build solid model rotor system and the model of finite element ANSYS was set up. The natural frequency and inherent vibration types of the machine were obtained through the numerical simulation. Based on modal analysis to further analyze the harmonic response of rotor system and get the frequency response curves of displacement in the normal work. Through the analysis to predict the weak links of the structure design, and provide theoretical basis for supercharger noise reduction and structure improvement.
