摘要 对双螺杆增压器的阴阳转子及机体分别进行了变形及振动分析。对转子计算结果显示,热变形是主要方面,离心力其次,气体力最小并且可以忽略。对机体进行了气体力变形分析,分析结果有效确定其最大变形位置;对转子进行模态分析,确定并计算出其临界转速以及共振区间;计算结果将有助于增压器的进一步优化设计。 An investigation on deformation and vibration of male and female rotors and housing of twin-screw superchargers was done. For the rotors,deformation caused by thermal force was on the principle aspect,influence of centrifugal force was on the secondary as- pect,and deformation caused by gas force was too low that can be neglected.And gas force deformation was calculated on the housing, the result can help find location of the largest deformation.Besides,mode analysis was done on the rotors,which critical speed and scope of sympathetic vibration was calculated and obtained.Results would help optimize the design of supercharger in further.
