摘要
为了提高航空管矫直机的稳定性、可靠性和自动化水平,采用了三菱PLC和计算机组成以太网的闭环控制方案,编制了矫直机主传动速度控制、辊距和辊夹角调节的控制等梯形图程序,设计了上位机控制系统操作界面。现场试验结果表明,与传统断电器控制系统相比,该控制系统方案合理可行,稳定性好,可靠性高,矫直的航空管材质量满足航空标准要求,生产效率高,为其他管材矫直机的自动控制提供了新的方法。
In order to improve the stability, reliability and automation of the aviation tube straightener, Mitsub- ishi PLC and computer are used to build the Ethernet controlling scheme, the ladder diagram programs of main transmission speed controlling, roll bite adjusting and roll included angle tuning for the straightener are drawn up, operator interface of control system in computer is designed. Field operational test results show that the con- trol system scheme has reasonability and feasibility, better stability and higher reliability, the aviation tube straightened with the control system satisfies the aviation standard, the product efficiency is high, which pro- vides a new method for the automatic control of the other tube straightener.
