摘要
复合生产过程中的张力稳定控制是保证产品质量的关键技术之一,通过对烟泊复合生产过程的分析,提出三段式张力控制方法,分别对放卷、收卷、及中间传输部分的张力进行控制;对放卷张力控制采用磁粉制动器作为执行机构,而收卷和中间传输部分张力控制以直流电机作为执行机构,对各部分张力控制提出了相应的PI控制算法,有效减小了各部分之间张力的耦合与影响;构建了生产线张力控制的PLC网络,以SIEMENS公司的S7-300可编程序控制器为控制器,以触摸屏为人机界面,通过MPI网络实现对生产线的恒张力控制;实际生产情况表明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度符合设计要求。
The stability tension of laminating production system is the key to successful operations and required product quality. By de tail analyzing, a three-spans PI tension control method is presented to control the tensions of wind section, rewind section and middle transport section with magnetic particle clutch as the actuator of rewind section, and two DC motors as the actuator of rewind section and middle section. And then a utility tension control system is developed, which uses S7-300 PLC of SIEMENS Co. as controller, touch panels as human machine interface (HMI), and multi-point interface (MPI) network as communication bus. The real production result shows that the system can run steadily and control precision can satisfy the demand of user.
