电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定输水管材浸泡液中19种金属元素 被引量:7

Determination of 19 metals in soaking solution of water pipes by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定输水管材浸泡液中铅、砷、铜、锌等19种金属元素的测定方法。方法将多种输水管材样品按照《生活饮用水输配水设备及防护材料卫生安全评价规范》(2001)进行前处理后,选取6Li、45Sc、72Ge、115In、209Bi作为内标元素,样品浸泡液直接上机,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定其中的19种金属元素。结果通过对仪器各项参数进行优化,有效克服了各种干扰影响,方法精密度、线性范围及回归系数等各项指标均符合国家卫生规范的要求,测定相对标准偏差为1.8%~6%,样品加标回收率为91%~108%,方法检出限为0.007μg/L^3.871μg/L。结论该方法具有准确、灵敏、快速、简便的特点,可作为输水管材浸泡液中多种痕量金属元素检测的可靠方法。 Objective To establish inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) for determination of lead, arsenic, copper, zinc and other metal elements in soaking solution of water pipes. Methods According to "Hygienic Safety Evaluation Specification for Transportation Equipment and Protective Materials of Drinking Water" (2001), multiple water pipes samples were pretreated for direct injection with 6Li, 45Sc, 72Ge, 115In, 209Bi as internal standard elements, then the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP - MS) method was used for simultaneous determination of 19 kinds of metal elements. Results The instrument parameters were optimized to effectively overcome various disturbances, making the precision, the lin- ear range and regression coefficients and other indicators of the method were in line with national health standards. The relative standard deviation was 1.8% - 6%, spiked recoveries of samples were 91% - 108%, the detection limit was 0. 007 μg/L 3. 871 μg/L. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid, simple and it can be characterized as a reliable method for detection of a variety of trace metals in water pipe soaking solution.
