摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),测定水处理剂聚合氯化铝中的Pb、Cd、Ag、As、Hg、Se、Sb、Cu、Zn、Ba、Ni、Cr、V、Mo共14种杂质元素释放量的方法。方法水处理剂聚合氯化铝按照《生活饮用水化学处理剂卫生安全评价规范》,用硝酸及过氧化氢进行处理,处理后的样品液采用ICP-MS一次进样同时测定聚合氯化铝中的14种杂质元素的释放量。通过输入干扰校正方程,对测定结果进行校正,同时以6Li、45Sc、72Ge、115In、209Bi作为内标元素。结果测定14种元素的线性相关系数(r)均≥0.999 3,检出限为0.002μg/L^0.470μg/L。方法的加标回收率为86.9%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.82%~4.75%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于水处理剂聚合氯化铝中14种杂质元素释放量的同时测定。
Objective The method for determination of impurity elements including Pb,Cd,Ag,As,Hg,Se,Sb,Cu,Zn,Ba,Ni,Cr,V and Mo in poly aluminum chloride by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) was established. Methods According to Standard for Hygienic Safety Evaluation of Chemicals Used in Drinking Water Treatment,samples were pretreated by HNO3 and H2O2followed by dilution with ultrapuer water,then 14 impurity elements in poly aluminum chloride could be determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. The detection results were checked by interference correction equation,beside,with6 Li,45Sc,72 Ge,115In,209 Bi as internal standard elements. Results The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients( r) were more than ≥0. 999 3. The detection limit was among0. 002 μg / L-0. 470 μg / L,and the recoveries for the spiked samples ranged from 86. 9% to 110. 0%. Relative standard deviation( RSD) was within 0. 82%-4. 75%. Conclusion This method is proved to be simple,fast and accurate,it can be used to determine 14 impurity elements in poly aluminum chloride simultaneously.
