摘要
一种可输出多种分度数的机构,该分度机构以弧面分度凸轮机构为原理,输出轴上安装多组分度转盘,转盘与输出轴之间通过电磁离合器连接。通过设计的一款所需的轴来满足该机构的输出要求。以设计的输出轴为研究对象,建立三维模型导入到ANSYS Workbench 12.0软件中进行模态分析,得到前六阶振动固有频率,模态振型分布图。为输出轴的振动特性分析,振动故障诊断和预报,以及进一步优化设计提供理论依据。
A rruxhanLm which can ouqut multiple index numbers, whose principle wa bLed on globular indexirg cam mechanism, and plurcdity of indexing rntLbles were fixed on the output shaft, and the output shaft and the driten wheelwere to reolize connection by electromtmetic clutch. It designed a shaft to meet output requirements. Taking an oqut shaft as the research object, and this three-dimensional model wa imported to ANSYS Workbench 12.0 software fir modtd amdysis. It gnt six inherent frequencies and model of vibrations. The results can be used as a gni&swe fir rtber vibrttion chartwteristics analysis, vibration fault diagnosis and prediction, fitrther optimization design of the olttput sbaft.
