摘要
通过对HCBT40D15型电主轴进行结构分析,在Ansys中建立了相应的轴承—主轴系统三维有限元模型,采用BlockLanczos模态提取法计算了电主轴的前5阶固有频率和振型,验证了该款电主轴设计的合理性,并指出该轴承—主轴系统为刚性转子范畴,应按刚性转子进行动平衡。同时,也为下一步的谐响应分析奠定了基础。
This paper mainly analysed the structure of HCBT40D15 electric spindle, a 3D FEA model of bearingspindle system made in Ansys is given, and calculated its preceding five sets natural vibration frequency and mode shape by the method of Block Lanczos, the result verified the rationality of electric spindle design and indicated the bearing- spindle system is rigid rotor, so its dynamic balance should be treated as rigid rotor. The research lay a foundation for the harmonic response analysis of electric spindle in the next.
