摘要
弧面分度凸轮机构是一类非常重要的空间分度机构,其轮廓型面结构特征的复杂性给传统常规设计方法带来了诸多困难,现代数字化设计方法可以容易地解决此类设计问题。描述了弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓曲面的生成方法和数学表达方式,并以此为基础总结了其数字化设计原理和流程,最后基于MATLAB编程语言详细展示了利用数字化方法进行弧面分度凸轮轮廓工作曲面设计的实际效果。
Globoidial indexing cam mechanism is a kind of important spatial indexing mechanism. However, complexity of work contour surface gives traditional and conventional design methods a great deal of difficulties, modem digitized design can easy to solve this problem. Generating methods and mathematics expression of work contour surface for globoidal indexing cam were de- scribed, principle and process of digitized design of work contour surface for globoidal indexing cam was summarized according to above that descriptions. Finally, actual effect of digital design was demonstrated based on MATLAB in detail.
