摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)伴肾损害的中西医结合治疗及护理对策。方法将73例SLE伴肾损害患者随机分为观察组38例,采用中西医结合及系统护理,对照组35例单纯予西医常规治疗及护理,比较两组疗效及愈后。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,复发率及不良反应率显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮累及肾脏病变,合并症多,易复发,中西医结合在预防、辨证论治、全面护理等方面优势明显,更有利于病情控制和康复治疗。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate integrative medicine and nursing for systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） as- sociated with kidney damage. Methods 73 cases of kidney damage in patients with SLE were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （38 cases） treated with systemic nursing and integrative medicine and control group （35 cases） treated with integrative medicine. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, while the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group （P d0.05）. Conclusion Systemic lupus erythematosus with renal damage has many conplications and is easy to relapse. It needs to treated with integrative medicine and systemic nursing.
