摘要
目的探讨中医辨证分型结合西医治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法以我院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的88例狼疮性肾炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上通过中医辨证分型实施辨证治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过6个月治疗后观察组治疗有效率为93.18%,对照组治疗有效率为72.73%,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血红蛋白、24h尿蛋白、血肌酐及补体C3等水平均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对狼疮性肾炎患者实施中医辨证分型结合西医治疗临床疗效显著,促进患者肾功能改善,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with lupus nephritis.Methods 88 cases of patients with lupus nephritis from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on the basis of the conventional Western medicine. The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results After 6 months of treatment,the effective rate in the observation group and 7 the control group was 93. 18% and 2. 73%. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The hemoglobin,24 h urinary protein Creatinine and complement C3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and Western medicine in the treatment of lupus nephritis has significantly clinical effect,promote renal function,and is worthy of clinical wide promotion.
