摘要
[目的]总结系统性红斑狼疮性肾损害(LN)病人的中西医结合护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析42例LN病人的临床资料。[结果]本组42例LN病人经系统规范治疗及中西医结合护理28d～36d后,病情好转稳定,有效地促进了病人的康复和预防疾病的复发。[结论]通过对LN病人进行中西医结合护理,有利于病情控制和疾病康复,预防了复发。
Objective： To summarize traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in combination with western medicine nursing strategies for patients with Lu- pus nephritis. Methods： Clinical data of 42 lupus nephritis patients were an- alyzed retrospectively. Results： After 28--36 days of systematic comprehen- sive treatment and TCM in combination with western medicine nursing care, all 42 patients got better stably. Treatment and nursing care can effectively promote rehabilitation of patients and prevent the recurrence of the illness. Conclusion： TCM in combination with western medicine nursing care of lupus nephritis patients is profit for control and rehabilitation of illness and prevention of the disease relapse.
