摘要
目的探讨临床药师在支气管扩张合并感染治疗中发挥药学服务的途径和方式,以改善治疗效果。方法以1例住院支气管扩张症合并感染患者的诊治过程为例,根据支气管扩张症诊治指南,及根据患者的病情变化和治疗效果及时调整治疗方案,并对患者实施药学监护。结果临床药师应根据患者的具体情况,将药学理论和临床实践相结合,提高药物治疗水平,促进合理用药。结论临床药师在临床工作中应不断总结和探索,对支气管扩张症合并感染进行合理处置。
Objective To explore the way and method of clinical pharmacists paticipating in the merge infec- tion treatment ,in order to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods Taking the process of diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of hospitalized patients with co-infected bronchiectasis as an example, clinical pharmacists adjusted the treatment plan and implemented pharmaceutical care for patients according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of bronchiec- tasis,as well as the patient＇s condition changes and therapeutic effect in time. Results According to the actual circum- stances of the patients, clinical pharmacists should combine medicine theory with clinical practice to improve the level of medical treatment and promote rational drug use. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should constantly summarize and explore roles of the clinical pharmacists in the clinical work,to reasonably disposit the co-infection with bronchiectasis.
