摘要
[目的]观察清热凉血止血汤联合西药治疗支气管扩张并发感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例常规西药治疗,抗感染、止血、解痉治疗;盐酸溴环己胺醇,60mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例清热凉血止血汤(法半夏12g,瓜蒌壳18g,焦栀子15g,黄芩12g,桑白皮、杏仁各15g,白术12g,款冬花、紫菀各20g,白及15g,侧柏叶20g,白茅根、紫珠各15g,桔梗12g;痰热郁肺加鱼腥草20g,芦根30g,冬瓜仁18g;肝火犯肺加青黛、龙胆草各15g,海蛤壳20g;阴虚火旺加百合18g,生地20g,地骨皮15g),l剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组痊愈17例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清热凉血止血汤联合西药治疗支气管扩张并发感染效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] Qingreliangxue bleeding soup combined with western medicine bronchodilator efficacy of concurrent infections. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients by coin toss method is simple randomized into two groups. Control group of 40 cases of conventional western medicine, anti-infection, bleeding, antispasmodic treatment. Bromine cyclohexylamine hydrochloride alcohol, 60mg/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 40 patients Qingreliangxue bleeding soup （Fabanxial2g, Gualouke 18g,Jiaozhizi 15g,Huangqi 12g,Sangbaipi,Xingren 15g, Bai zhu 12g, Donghua,Ziyuan each 20g, Baiji 15g, Cebaiye 20g,Baimaogen,ZizhulSg, Jiegengl2g; phlegm Yu Lung plus yuxingcao20g, Lugen 30g,DongguarenlSg; anger Fanfei plus Qingdai,Longdancao each 15g, Haihake 20g; right wang plus Baihe 18g, Shengdi20g, Digupi 15g）, 1 agent/d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, cough, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 24 cases, effective in 15 cases, one case, the total efficiency of 97.50%. The control group healed in 17 cases, effective in 13 cases, 10 cases, the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Qingreliangxue bleeding soup combined with western medicine significant bronchodilator effect of concurrent infections, worthy of promotion.
