摘要
采用弱酸性黄3G和毛用活性红3B对羊毛进行染色,在染色过程中加入低温染色助剂BAYLANNT 02,探讨染色温度、染色时间对羊毛染色性能的影响,并与不加低温染色助剂时进行比较,分析了低温染色助剂对羊毛纤维上染百分率和染色动力学的影响。研究结果表明:低温染色助剂的加入使羊毛纤维的上染百分率随时间的延长、温度的升高而增加,降低了羊毛纤维染色达到吸附平衡所需的半染时间,增大了染色速率常数。当用弱酸性黄3G和毛用活性红3B对羊毛进行染色时,染色温度、低温染色助剂对羊毛纤维上的平衡吸附量无显著影响。
The low temperature dyeing auxiliary agent BAYLAN NT 02 was applied to dye the wool fibers with acid yellow 3G and wool dyeing reactive red 3B. This experiment discussed the dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing properties of wool. The effects of BAYLAN NT 02 on dyeing percentage and kinetics of dyed wool fabric were analyzed. It was found that, the dyeing percentage of wool fabrics increased with the increasing of dyeing temperature and dyeing time, and the half time of dyeing t~/2decreased with the increasing of BAYLAN NT 02, the dyeing rate constant k increased with the increasing of BAYLAN NT 02. The experimental data showed that dyeing temperature and dosage of BAYLAN NT 02 have no effect on equilibrium adsorption.
