摘要
介绍细特高密防羽绒织物的生产要点。以JC5.3tex集聚纱为经纱,JC3.6tex为纬纱。生产中,控制好各工序经纱张力;浆纱时采用“小张力、低伸长、求被覆、贴毛羽”的工艺思路,使经纱增强减伸,保证浆轴质量;织造工序采用“小张力、中高后梁、小开口”的工艺路线,优化配置经位置线与引纬气压等工艺参数,织造工序相对湿度控制在76%~79%。最终确保了产品的顺利生产,织机平均效率提高到72%,入库一等品率达99.8%以上。认为:在不影响引纬的前提下,优化引纬开始时间和车速能够解决纬缩现象,可保证该产品质量。
Key points in producing fine and high density down-proof fabric were introduced. JC 5.3 tex compact yam was used as warp, JC 3.6 rex yarn was used as weft. In production, warp tension in each process was controlled well. Processing principle of less tension, lower elongation, more covering, reduced hairiness was adopted in sizing process to increase yarn strength, reduce yam elongation, ensure sizing beam quality. In weaving process, processing principle of less tension, middle and high back beam, less shed was adopted, parameter of warp shed line and weft inserting air pressure were optimized. Relative humidity in weaving process was controlled in 76% to 79%. Finally product can be produced successfully,loom average efficiency can be increased to 72%, storage first-class rate can be reached above 99.8%. It is considered that in condition of no effeeting weft-inserting,weft shrinkage phenomenon can be solved through optimizing weft-inserting start time and loom speed, product quality can be ensured.
