摘要
探讨紧密织物织造工艺技术的优化措施。针对紧密织物紧度高、打纬阻力大、机器振动异响、易出现织疵等问题进行了技术攻关。浆纱选用黏度低、渗透性好的高性能变性淀粉浆料,采用高压上浆工艺,回潮率适当提高1个~2个百分点;织造采用"高后梁、早开口、低综高、适当提高织口"的工艺原则,优化配置各工艺参数,相对湿度严格控制在77%~79%,结果使得浆纱好轴率提高了40%,织机效率提高了17%,下机一等品率提高了37%,满足了生产要求。
Optimization measures in weaving compact fabric were discussed. According to problems of higher tightness of compact fabric ,larger resistance of beating up, abnormal sound in machine vibration ,weaving defects ect ,technology research was carried out. High performance modified starch with better penetration and lower viscosity should be selected ,high pressure sizing processing should be adopted, moisture regain should be increased one to two percentage points. Processing principle of higher back beam, earlier shed,lower heald frame, properly increasing cloth-fell should be adopted in weaving process. Processing parameter in each process should be optimized. Related humidity should be controlled in 77% to 79%. Finally sizing accepted beam rate can be increased 40% ,loom efficiency can be increased 17%, production first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be increased 37% ,production demands can be reached.
