摘要
探讨纺纱产品的技术创新。结合企业实际阐述了纺纱产品创新的主要技术途径及效果。指出:纺纱产品创新的主要技术途径是实现产品原料多元化、差异化和功能化。对传统环锭纺进行紧密纺、赛络纺、竹节纱及包芯纱等技术改造,开发多组分混纺及高品质、低成本纱线产品,可获得较好的创新效果。
Technology innovation of spinning product was discussed. Main technology methods and effect of spinning product innovation were introduced according to actual enterprises situation. It is pointed out that the main technology methods of spinning product are the achievement of raw material diversification, differentiation and functionalized. Better innovation effect can be realized through developing multi-component blending, higher quality, lower cost yarn by technology modification of compact spinning, siro spinning, slub yarn and core spun yarn on traditional ring spinning.
