摘要
表面纳米化(SNC)技术是近几年备受人们关注的新技术,它可以显著提高材料的力学性能和物理化学性能。目前关于金属材料表面纳米化的制备原理、方法,以及晶粒细化机制的研究很多,从这些方面对表面纳米化技术以及机制进行简单阐述,并详细介绍了目前纯铝、纯铜、纯钛以及304不锈钢的表面纳米化机制的研究现状。
Surface nano-crystallization is a new technology which is paid much attention to in recent years.It can significantly improve the mechanical properties and physical and chemical properties of the materials.There are many studies about the preparation principle,method,and grain refinement mechanism of metallic surface nano-crystallization by now.The surface nano-technology as well as the mechanism are briefly discussed from these aspects,and the current surface nano-mechanism research of pure aluminum,copper,titanium,and 304 stainless steel are introduced detailedly.
