摘要
针对CBN磨具用低温金属陶瓷结合剂,探讨了钎焊和扩散焊接法制备过程中金属与陶瓷的复合机理,阐述了金属与陶瓷在三种不同比例时的改性机理;总结了目前金属与陶瓷的复合改性中存在的问题,展望了低温金属陶瓷结合剂未来的发展趋势。
This paper discusses the composite mechanism of metal and ceramics that used for CBN grinding tool in process of diffusion brazing and welding. The modification mechanism for metal and ceramics in three different ratios was expounded. We summarized the insufficient of the research in the process of the composite mechanism and the modification mechanism, then make an expectation of the development trend of cermet binders in the future.
