摘要
在WP10柴油机上进行了基于原机动力性的柴油-天然气双燃料发动机万有特性标定试验,结果表明燃用双燃料可有效节省燃料费用。通过ESC试验验证了双燃料发动机的排放性能。由于采用预混稀燃技术,双燃料发动机的NOx排放与燃用柴油时相比有很大降低,而稀燃造成燃烧温度较低,加之壁面淬熄效应以及掺烧时燃烧室狭缝内的未燃天然气,使得THC与CO排放有明显增加,在发动机后加装氧化催化器(DOC)可以明显降低THC与CO的排放。
Based on the power performance of WP10 diesel engine, the universal performance calibration experiments of diesel/CNG dual fuel engine were conducted. The results showed that the dual fuel engine could save fuel effectively. The e mission performance of dual fuel engine was also verified by ESC test. The application of premixed lean-burn technology in dual fuel engine reduced NOx emission greatly. The low temperature caused by lean-burn combustion, wall quenching effect and un burned CNG in chamber gap resulted in significant increase of THC and CO emission, which could be improved greatly by mounting DOC.
