摘要
为了开发满足国Ⅲ排放标准的电控预混式天然气/柴油双燃料发动机,在原柴油机上加装了引燃油量限位系统、天然气供给系统和电控系统,并进行了双燃料发动机性能试验。在引燃油量一定时,分析比较了双燃料发动机与原柴油机负荷特性的经济性和排放,以及外特性的经济性、动力性和排放。应用双燃料系统标定软件对发动机进行了在线标定。排放测试结果表明,开发的双燃料发动机达到国Ⅲ排放标准。
In order to develop an electronically controlled premixed CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) /diesel dual-fuel engine for meeting national Ⅲ emission regulations,the diesel fuel restriction system,CNG supply system and electronically controlled system were added on the original diesel engine,and performance tests of the dual-fuel engine were carried out.The comparisons between the dual-fuel engine and the diesel engine,fuel economy and emissions at load characteristics,and fuel economy,power output and emissions at external characteristics were investigated when the amount of pilot diesel fuel is kept constant.Online calibration was conducted by applying duel-fuel engine management system calibrating software.The emission experiments show that the dual-fuel engine can meet national Ⅲ emission regulations.3 tabs,10 figs,6 refs.
