摘要 某柴油机的进气门和气门座圈异常磨损,导致额定功率劣化。计算和对比分析表明,进气门和气门座圈密封锥面面积偏小,零部件材料耐磨能力不足是导致该故障的主要原因。根据这两方面因素,本文提出了对应的优化措施,并通过耐久试验证明了方案的有效性,为此类故障的分析解决提供了参考。 The intake valve and valve seat ring of a diesel engine were abnormally worn,and the wear leads to deterioration of rated power.The calculation and comparative analysis show that the main causes are the small area of the seal cone and the poor wear-resisting ability of the material.According to these two factors,this paper provides corresponding optimization measures,and proves the effectiveness of the scheme through durability test.This paper provides a reference for the analysis and solution of such faults.
