摘要
以A356铝合金为原料,借助Adstefan与Deform仿真软件,对其热加工过程进行仿真与优化;融合了铸造与锻造工艺的优势,并以优化后的工艺试制汽车转向节。所制得的汽车转向节力学性能优越且质量较轻,消除了内部缩孔、缩松缺陷。
Taking A256 aluminum alloy as raw materials, Using the hot working process. Combining the advantages of casting and were manufactured using the optimized process. The produts got Adstefan and Deform software to simulate and optimize forging process, steering knuckle castings for automobile well mechanical properties and light quality, eliminated internal shrinkage, shrinkage defects.
