摘要
分析了1041转向节的热模锻成形工艺难点和关键技术,设计了合理的工艺方案、模具结构及关键的制造工艺,提高了模具的使用寿命及产品质量。
The main process difficulties and key technology for 1041 hot forging knuckle are analysed. The proper process, die structure and key manufacture technology are designed. Die service life and product quality are improved.
