摘要
良好的浇注系统是获得高质量压铸件的必要条件。以铝合金箱盖件为研究对象,设计了扇形和锥形双切向浇注系统。在浇注温度为670℃、模具初始温度为200℃、慢压射速度0.2m/s、快压射速度2.5m/s的工艺条件下,采用MAGMAsoft软件对两种浇注系统进行了数值模拟。结果表明,锥形双切向浇注系统比扇形浇注系统充型合理,且锥形双切向浇注系统铸件整体凝固顺序合理。锥形双切向浇注系统有利于降低箱盖件产生缺陷的概率。
A well-designed gating system is a necessary condition to obtaine high quality die castings. Taking an aluminum alloy box cover as the research subject, fan-shaped and double tangential tapered gating system were designed. At the condition of pouring temperature 670℃, mold temperature 200℃, slow shot velocity 0.2 m/s, and fast shot velocity 2.5 m/s, two gating system were simulated by MAGMA software. The results indicate that double tangential tapered gating system is more reasonable than fan-shaped gating system, besides, the overall solidification sequence of double tangential tapered gating system casting is reasonable. Double tangential tapered gating system helps reduce the probability of casting defects.
