摘要
利用Z-cast软件对灰铁飞轮凝固过程进行了分析,通过凝固时间分布模拟了缩孔(松)产生的位置。采用增大冒口及补缩通道的方法对原有铸造工艺方案进行了优化,最终消除了铸件中的缩孔(松)缺陷。
The solidification process of gray cast-iron flywheel was analyzed by Z-CAST sottware. The position of shrinkage was simulated by time distribution in solidification. The riser and the feeding channel were improved to optimize the original casting process. Finally shrinkages in the casting were eliminated.
