摘要
采用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对透盖灰铁件进行了初步工艺设计,运用ViewCast软件对透盖初始工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟。结果显示,铸件内部没有缺陷产生,但浪费严重。根据模拟结果并结合理论分析,通过调整冒口尺寸和分布、增添冷铁工艺,进行工艺优化,实现了铸件顺序凝固,保证了质量,节约了金属。
The original casting process of casting iron cover was designed by conventional design method. The progress of solidification of original casting process of the cover was simulated by the View Cast software. The results showed that the shrinkage were not found, but the waste of material was discovered. Based on this, adjusting size and distribution of riser and adding chiller for process optimization, the new casting process was simulated again. The castings progressive solidification was realized, the qualified castings were obtained and the metal was saved.
