摘要
借助于ViewCast软件对WT56氨阀铸造过程缩松缺陷进行了计算机模拟,结果表明,由于WT56用钢凝固温度范围大,增加冒口尺寸,法兰与阀体连接部位的缩松缺陷很难消除。采用发热保温冒口,由于冒口的补缩效率提高,缩松倾向明显减少。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。
The porosity defects in WT56 ammonia valve were predicted by ViewCast software.The results indicate that,due to the wide solidification temperature range of WT56 steel parts,it is difficult to keep porosity defects from happening in the transition position between flange and valve body by increasing size of riser.The distribution of porosity defects can be reduced to the least by using exothermic insulating riser.The simulation results are in good accordance with experimental results.
